My Journey: How I Quit Smoking in 30 Days,

Hello, my name is Dr. Shahzad and I am a doctor as a profession. I started smoking 3 years ago in 3rd year of MBBS and with time I got addicted to smoking. I tried to quit it many times but I failed. I became dependent on smoking mentally, emotionally, and physically. Due to smoking my relationships started getting problems and I was very worried. I went into depression and I was helpless and then I decided to quit smoking and start a new life.

We all know that quitting any addiction is not so easy and it requires a lot of dedication and control on your self. I am going to divide these 30 days into 4 parts so that I can completely share my story. Maybe my story can help you to quit smoking.

………PART 2 SO WE START IT FROM DAY 15–21……

Day 15–21: I got confidence: I started experiencing withdrawal symptoms and emotional disturbance. However, I was armed with determination and confidence so I did not focus more on withdrawal symptoms and emotional turbulence. Avoiding triggers and leaning on friends, family, and online communities for encouragement proved very helpful during this whole period. I got confidence that I could do it, however I was fighting with mood change.

Day 22–30, I was successful: I felt a deep sense of freedom and relief. However, with time I was fighting with my cravings for smoking but I controlled myself. By staying resistant and being committed to my goal, My success started appearing in front of me. Finally, I took control of my life and body again and kicked out the habit of smoking from my life.

Conclusion: My 30-day journey to quit smoking was not just a physical test but also a mental test, but I got success in my goal and I was very happy. Through undefeatable determination, resilience, and support, I quit the habit of smoking, and I am now very happy because it is me who is controlling my life, my emotions, and my relationships.

IF I CAN DO IT THEN YOU CAN ALSO, JUST START QUITTING SMOKING TODAY, AND BELIEVE ME YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL ONE DAY.
